Job Overview
As Senior Content Strategy Manager, you will own the Epicor content engine and transform how we communicate across the full marketing mix. Your objective is to establish Epicor as the authoritative voice in ERP, drive brand awareness, and increase favorability toward our unique value proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute a consolidated content strategy tied to business priorities – organic discovery, buyer engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth.
- Translate inputs from Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, International, and Digital teams into prioritized content roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Own the master content calendar across key marketing functions, ensuring visibility, coordination, reuse, and alignment across campaigns, channels, regions, and launch priorities.
- Build and operate the content supply chain from intake, prioritization, workflow, approvals, publishing readiness, governance, optimization, to measurement.
- Establish repeatable content frameworks, briefs, playbooks, templates, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization checklists, quality standards, and reporting routines.
- Develop AI‑assisted and future agentic publishing workflows with human oversight to improve efficiency, scalability, quality control, and performance.
- Create a Generative Engine Optimization‑forward content performance model, using analytics to improve discoverability, identify gaps, prioritize optimizations, and recommend content lifecycle decisions.
- Advanced use of AI tools and platforms, including experience using AI to improve content performance, build custom agents or automations, streamline workflows, and strengthen quality control.
- Experience designing content systems for AI Overviews, large‑language‑model discovery, Generative Engine Optimization, and zero‑click environments.
- Strong familiarity with content‑led conversion rate optimization, including intent mapping, journey design, UX/content interplay, and conversion optimization.
- Experience building global content governance, intake models, publishing workflows, and operating standards that balance scale with flexibility.
- Experience working across multiple sites, site migrations, global teams, and multiple time zones.
- Experience with in complex B2B enterprise software markets.
- Excellent cross‑functional partnership skills across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, International, and Digital teams.
- Experience connecting content strategy directly to qualified traffic, journey progression, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and business growth.
- Experience improving visibility, impression share, and citations across traditional search, AI Overviews, large‑language‑model and Generative Engine Optimization surfaces.
