The Marketing & Creative Associate supports the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role supports the broader marketing team in content production, digital marketing operations, event logistics, and brand implementation across Brain Robotics' commercial and clinical channels.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Support & Content Coordination- Develop, format, and maintain both domestic and international marketing materials including brochures, presentations, customer communications, and sales support content; uphold brand standards across all assets.
- Maintain and update content across the company website, social media channels, and email platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support multilingual marketing and product documentation projects, including Instructions for Use (IFUs) and promotional labeling.
- Coordinate translation workflows in Lokalize, format translated content in Adobe InDesign and prepare final drafts for QA and Regulatory review prior to distribution.
- Organize and maintain the physical inventory of marketing collateral, digital asset library, and branded merchandise platform (Axomo), ensuring team members have access to current, approved materials for sales and clinical support.
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and corporate initiatives in partnership with senior marketing staff.
- Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and vendor relationships; support budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Prepare performance reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry conferences, including materials, shipping, and booth assets, supporting on-site as needed.
- Manage promotional items, post-event follow-up, and webinar or company event support as needed.
- Maintain CRM records, distribution lists, and marketing databases; support analytics gathering and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill marketing requests and support implementation of teamwork and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administrative support, or related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Canva with demonstrated graphic design skills.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a growing organization.
- Interest and/or previous experience in healthcare, medical technology, or prosthetics.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce.
