You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that elevate Keep Aware’s brand presence and drive measurable results.

Our team is hybrid and meets in-person at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities- Lead Nurturing and Engagement: Develop and execute nurture campaigns, segment audiences, and collaborate on content to engage and retain potential customers.
- Top-of-Funnel Optimization: Implement content strategies, manage social media, and optimize paid media to attract and convert new leads.
- Metrics and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing with sales strategies, collaborate on product messaging, and leverage customer feedback for improvement.
- Growth Hacking and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing, develop innovative campaigns, and implement scalable growth strategies.
- Customer Retention and Advocacy: Map customer journeys, develop retention programs, and manage referral and loyalty initiatives to drive engagement.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in marketing within the tech or cybersecurity industry is highly desirable. A strong understanding of customer needs and challenges in these fields is a plus.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Google Analytics, SEO tools) and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies. - Creative Vision: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
