As Brand Manager, you will evaluate the performance of the beverage side of the business, develop portfolio strategy, optimize product lines, and lead integrated marketing plans to drive performance and sales growth.

• Evaluate beverage portfolio performance and determine strategy for C4 Energy, Smart Energy, and Ultimate product lines.
• Develop and execute product research, go‑to‑market launch campaigns, promotion and pricing plans, and ongoing consumer research.
• Analyze brand performance and competitive environment to identify problems, opportunities, and trends, and lead reporting and analysis of key business metrics.
• Work closely with sales to develop a compelling go‑to‑market strategy and sales story.
• Serve as primary brand lead for framework development and comprehensive Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Launch for Product Development (PD).
• Collaborate with Clinical, Research, R&D, sales, DTC, e‑commerce, and finance teams to maintain strong working relationships.
• Maintain an integral role in delivering innovation and renovation across C4, Smart Energy, and Ultimate to position the brands as leaders in key nutrition categories.
• Author marketing strategy briefs grounded in insights and collaborate with Creative team and agency partners to translate strategy into consumer‑facing assets.
• Drive alignment behind brand strategy with senior management and key commercial stakeholders, managing budget, timelines, and milestones.
• Support brand activities across B&M and digital channels (Amazon, Omnichannel). Provide insights and trend analysis to inform strategy recommendations and pivot solutions for brand campaigns.
• Develop & execute brand go‑to‑market activation plans in support of brand equity campaigns and new product launches.

• 5+ years of brand marketing experience at a brand, creative agency or consultancy managing omni‑channel campaigns at scale.
• Experience with CPG companies and high‑growth DTC lifestyle brands in the nutrition and health & wellness spaces.
• Business, marketing or related degree (Bachelor’s or MBA preferred).
• Strong ability to translate rich consumer insights into actionable, compelling marketing tactics.
• Familiarity with latest trends in sports nutrition.
• Project management skills to manage multiple high‑profile, high‑budget projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to build strong internal and external relationships.
