Their innovative e-commerce software platform streamlines healthcare professionals’ procurement process and secures the best prices for products.
They are a close‑knit team that enjoys working together every day to solve real‑world problems. They obsess over customer satisfaction, promote a strong bias for action, encourage team members to engage in impactful work, and foster a one team culture. Your Impact
Your RoleAs Head of Marketing, you will build and scale their marketing function, owning both strategy and execution across key areas such as demand generation, campaign execution, content development, and brand storytelling. Reporting to the SVP Sales, you’ll partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to design a high-performance engine that fuels revenue growth, deepens brand resonance, and sharpens their go-to-market strategy.
This is a player-coach role where you’ll roll up your sleeves to ship campaigns, guide team members, and optimize the full-funnel marketing lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in defining their position in the market by leading messaging, content, and demand generation efforts that convert prospects into customer advocates.
Training and DevelopmentThis role is designed for a builder who thrives with both structure and autonomy. You’ll inherit a foundational set of brand assets, messaging frameworks, performance baselines, and marketing infrastructure to accelerate your ramp. You’ll inherit a strong starting point and have full autonomy to shape and scale the function based on business needs.
You’ll work directly with the SVP of Sales and cross-functional leaders to gain deep context on our product roadmap, sales motion, customer segments, and strategic priorities. In your first 30–60 days, we’ll focus on:
- Immersing you in the core supply ordering product and our customer acquisition strategy
- Equipping you with context on our segmentation and lead scoring models
- Bringing you into go-to-market strategizing for our newest product, an AI-powered Claims Assist tool
- Aligning on key growth metrics, budgets, and available resources
As the team grows, you’ll have the opportunity to shape not just their marketing strategy, but also its internal marketing career paths, training frameworks, and systems for scale.
