Marketing Manager (In-Office) Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and self‑motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing efforts aligned with our company’s goals and growth objectives. Based in Austin, with offices in San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Houston, this role oversees all marketing initiatives, manages one or more support staff, and actively contributes to RFP/RFQ responses, proposal development, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Program Management: develop and manage marketing goals, budgets, timelines, and strategies. Oversee consultants (e.g., photographers, PR professionals) and mentor support staff. Participate in meetings, site tours, and presentations.
  • Proposal Development: lead RFP/RFQ reviews and strategy sessions, craft proposal content, and create presentation materials.
  • Collateral Development: maintain and organize project data, resumes, and visuals. Produce print/digital materials and manage public relations and advertising efforts.
  • Brand & Recognition: prepare award submissions, manage corporate identity, plan events, and ensure a consistent digital presence through website and social media.
  • Business Development: identify prospective clients, oversee CRM systems, and implement tailored growth strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, construction science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or proposal management within the A/E/C industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and deadline focus.
  • Knowledge of A/E/C industry terminology and marketing principles.
