We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this generalist role owns a broad slice of execution work across copywriting, sales enablement, web content, marketing operations, and events. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with operational chops, fluent in modern marketing tools, and energized by variety and speed.

Description Marketing Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Marketing

Reports To: VP of Marketing

Key Responsibilities Content & Copywriting
  • Write and edit copy for web pages, Linked In posts, paid ad campaigns, sales enablement materials, email, internal communications, and press announcements
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Serve as the primary PowerPoint expert: build and maintain master sales decks, modular slide libraries, and customer‑specific presentations
  • Produce one-pagers, cheat sheets, and collateral for the sales team
  • Turn around tailored materials for sales reps on request
Website & Word Press
  • Manage day‑to‑day updates to  (Word Press CMS)
  • Publish blog posts, solution pages, case studies, and news items
  • Maintain SEO hygiene, internal linking, and design‑system integrity in partnership with our external development agency
Marketing Operations (Hub Spot)
  • Operate Hub Spot Marketing Pro: lists, workflows, forms, landing pages, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and dashboards
  • Partner with sales operations on lead handoff, attribution, and reporting
  • Maintain clean data and documented processes
Events & Local Marketing
  • Plan and execute industry events, sponsor ships, and regional programs (priority markets include Denver)
  • Manage booth logistics, pre- and post-event campaigns, speaker submissions, and lead follow‑up
  • Coordinate with external vendors and venues
Vendor & Branded Merchandise Management
  • Manage swag and branded gear: vendor research, quotes, orders, inventory
  • Ensure brand compliance across printed and physical materials
Agency Coordination
  • Partner with our paid media agency and web development agency on active programs
  • Route feedback, track deliverables, keep projects on schedule
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a technology or professional services company
  • Proven copywriting skills with a portfolio of work across channels
  • Hands‑on proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced), Word Press, and Hub Spot Marketing Pro (or comparable marketing automation platforms)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing enterprise software, AI, data, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Familiarity with federal or public sector marketing
  • Experience working with external marketing and creative agencies
  • Basic design sensibility (Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Google Ads and Linked In Ads familiarity
