This is a full‑time salaried position with Project Farma, a Perkin Elmer company. The successful candidate may work remotely but must be willing to travel domestically to meet client project requests and internal needs.
Project Farma’s purpose is to improve patient lives by accelerating the delivery of life‑changing therapies. We accomplish this through successful execution of high‑quality life sciences projects across the full project lifecycle. Project Farma (PF) team members collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build trusted client relationships, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and applying data‑driven insights to support project planning, cost, schedule, and performance management.

Responsibilities- Drive strategic marketing direction and lead generation across portfolio or business segment.
- Oversee multiple marketing initiatives and teams, partner with business development and inside sales teams to align priorities with company objectives.
- Develop and execute coordinated targeted marketing strategies to achieve business growth goals.
- Lead internal marketing team; provide decision support and operational improvement opportunities.
- Design customer‑centric communication strategies across digital channels (social media, CRM, websites, email) to boost client engagement and sales.
- Develop brand campaigns, partnerships, and marketing collateral including scientific publications, white papers, case studies.
- Execute metric‑driven sales‑enablement activities such as personalized ABM and inbound marketing.
- Manage editorial partners, PR/media contacts, and contract writers for thought leadership amplification.
- Report quarterly metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify new product/service opportunities and develop strategic plans.
- Coordinate outreach with executive leadership, inside sales, business development, and HR for internal events and employee engagement.
- Manage annual marketing budget, prioritize high‑ROI activities, and oversee conference and industry event marketing.
- Mentor direct reports to drive high performance and a strong team culture.
- Develop ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and customer journeys.

- 7‑10 years of marketing leadership, preferably in the life‑science industry, with a proven track record of independent performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to translate vision into executable solutions.
- Willingness to travel to support key conferences, strategic planning sessions, and professional development events.
- Comfortable presenting to executive leaders and stakeholders within the organization and externally.
- Coaching and mentor‑like mindset with experience managing direct reports.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful leader with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
