Position

Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Yotta Energy's marketing strategy to support revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This individual will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and sales team to drive pipeline generation, strengthen market positioning, and create compelling content that supports customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders. This role offers significant growth potential and is intended to evolve into a leadership position as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support company growth objectives
  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns across digital, email, social media, and industry channels
  • Drive marketing sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline growth
  • Manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting through Hub Spot or similar platforms
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key marketing metrics and analytics

Sales Enablement & Content Development

  • Develop and maintain sales collaterals, including presentations, one pagers, case studies, competitive analyses, and product messaging
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear customer focused value propositions
  • Support proposal development, customer communications, and partner facing materials
  • Ensure sales teams have effective, up-to-date resources to support customer engagement

Brand Management & Market Visibility

  • Maintain and strengthen Yotta s brand identity across all channels
  • Manage website content, social media presence, email communications, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Create thought leadership content, press releases, customer success stories, and industry commentary
  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events
  • Support distributor, channel partner, and co-marketing initiatives

Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and market performance
  • Support strategic planning through market intelligence and customer insights
  • Monitor industry developments within solar, energy storage, and distributed energy markets

Marketing Operations & AI Enablement

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation, research, campaign execution, and workflow automation
  • Build scalable marketing processes that maximize efficiency and impact
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance and support data-driven decision-making

Leadership & Growth

  • Help establish the long-term vision for Yotta s marketing organization.
  • Participate in future hiring, onboarding, and development of marketing team members as the company grows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a startup, growth-stage, or technology company
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Hub Spot
  • Strong writing, communication, and content development skills
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels including websites, email marketing, Linked In, and paid media
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content development, research, and workflow optimization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
