- Repurposing stories into channel‑ready formats, including social copy, email copy, and presentation content.
- Managing and executing integrated campaigns, working with both internal communications and external public relations subteams.
- Being a strategic contributor to planning discussions, demonstrating the ability to put forward tactical recommendations in line with strategies and advising others on campaigns and ways they can be driven through storytelling.

- Ensuring all content produced adheres to DPR brand standards, requirements (including music and imagery licensing) and operational/EHS protocols.
- Helping build a library of content and imagery that is easily searchable and can be leveraged for multiple uses.
- 8+ years of experience in journalism, editing, corporate storytelling and/or a related field; A/E/C industry experience a plus.
- Strong interest in and curiosity about the latest trends in the A/E/C industry and comfort with being on construction job sites where the work takes place.
- Ability to tell stories about deeply technical topics in a way that is understandable and relatable to a non‑technical audience.
- Ability to create or oversee the creation of still photography and videos, as well as a network of professionals who can support this.
- Growth mindset and desire to experiment with new and emerging forms of content to reach a broad set of audiences.
- Talent for collaborating effectively with a number of stakeholders across DPR’s Family of Companies, the C+B team, and its customers/partners.
- Capacity and resourcefulness to work quickly and decisively to meet deadlines.
