SummaryAs a Field Marketing Specialist, you will support Net Suite’s field marketing efforts by owning the execution campaigns across multiple products. This role supports product adoption, pipeline, and customer engagement initiatives and works closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on time. This role is best suited for an organized, execution‑focused marketer who is comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once and keeping high‑volume work streams moving efficiently.
Responsibilities- Own execution of field marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reporting
- Manage timelines, requests, and priorities across multiple stakeholders and products
- Execute virtual campaigns, including webinars and digital content such as guides or enablement assets
- Execute product‑focused field marketing campaigns across multiple solution areas
- Coordinate webinar logistics, including speaker prep, tech checks, dry runs, and live execution
- Create and manage supporting campaign assets such as email copy, landing pages, slide decks, and digital content
- Partner with Marketing Operations to support promotions, lead flow, and reporting
- Coordinate with Sales and Product Marketing to align on goals, messaging, and timelines
- Track and report on campaign performance and execution milestones
- Maintain documentation, timelines, and processes to support scale
- Participate in regular operational reviews and planning meetings related to field marketing initiatives
- 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience executing webinars, events, and multi‑touch campaigns end‑to‑end
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfort working cross‑functionally and managing multiple timelines
- Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking and interpreting campaign performance
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and keep campaigns moving
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and subject matter quickly
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $54.00 - $58.00/hr non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
