As a Field Marketing Manager, you will increase acquisition, adoption and engagement for Amazon Business Enterprise Solutions with senior decision makers in Amazon-owned companies such as AWS, Zappos, and Whole Foods. You will partner closely with Sales and cross‑functional Marketing teams to deliver strategic marketing programs including content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement, maximizing marketing‑driven pipeline opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach and engage users and senior decision makers.
- Design and deliver marketing motions such as awareness campaigns, executive engagement events, webinars, trade shows/conferences, sponsor ships, and email.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, Product) and external agencies/partners.
- Drive robust measurement and reporting processes.
- Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their pain points and the value proposition we uniquely offer.
The team envisions establishing Amazon Business as the most recognized and loved strategic partner for smart business buying for Commercial, Public, and Strategic organizations globally.
Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teams.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
- Experience with B2B marketing best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processes.
- Experience driving demand through traditional offline marketing activities (events, advertisements, direct mail, flyers).
- Event marketing experience, including third‑party trade shows and conferences.

BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $78,800.00 – $ USD annually (Austin, TX) and $82,700.00 – $ USD annually (Seattle, WA). Your package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
