Field Marketing Manager, Bloom Beverage - Austin

As Field Marketing Manager – Bloom Beverage, Austin, you will lead a field marketing team to grow the C4® brand in your territory through sampling, events, demos and retail merchandising, working with the Director of Field Marketing and the Regional Field Marketing Manager.

• Develop local strategic plans to reach consumers through planning, scheduling and field‑level execution.
• Support distribution partners and sales teams by creating brand awareness, driving consumer purchases, and executing local market plans.
• Recruit, train, monitor and lead a field marketing team within your assigned market.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational duties and ensure accurate reporting in the CRM tool (Repsly).
• Understand local market trends, identify opportunities and propose strategic initiatives to the regional marketing manager.
• Act as a spokesperson and product expert, interacting with and educating consumers at scheduled sampling opportunities and events.
• Manage all on‑site activations and coordinate cross‑functional liaison for in‑market activations.
• Occasionally participate in sales meetings.
• Manage and operate company vehicles, inventory marketing materials, team accruals and personal corporate credit‑card budgeting.

• 2+ years’ experience in field marketing preferred.
• Proven experience in managing teams.
• Ability to work varied days and hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within company policy.
• Strong understanding of the brand and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent problem‑solving, initiative, organization and adaptability skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Upper body strength to carry 50 lbs+ and meet physical demands of the job.
