Creative Growth Strategist

Position Overview We are seeking a Creative Strategist to develop and execute idea-driven marketing strategies that drive growth for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce brands. This role blends creativity with performance marketing expertise to craft advertising concepts, optimize paid social campaigns, and translate consumer insights into measurable results.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong foundation in creative development, growth tactics, and performance advertising. Key Responsibilities Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts that align with growth objectives for DTC and e-commerce brands. Collaborate with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to produce high-performing paid social and performance marketing campaigns. Lead creative briefing, concept development, and execution oversight to ensure on-brand, conversion-focused assets.

Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to iterate on creative, targeting, and budget allocation. Design and oversee creative testing programs (A/B and multivariate) to identify high-impact creative elements and messaging. Translate consumer research and audience insights into actionable creative and media strategies. Work closely with account teams and clients to present strategic recommendations, creative rationale, and performance outcomes. Maintain awareness of industry trends, platform features, and emerging ad formats to inform strategy and keep campaigns innovative.

Ensure creative assets are optimized for platform requirements, conversion funnels, and measurement needs. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing with DTC/e-commerce brands or agencies. Proven experience planning and optimizing paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Linked In as applicable) and familiarity with ad platforms and reporting tools. Strong creative skills with a portfolio or examples demonstrating concept-to-execution work that drove measurable results.

Proficiency in using analytics and attribution metrics to guide creative decisions and optimize ROI. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders. Experience with creative testing methodologies and frameworks to scale winning concepts. Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to have: experience in Tele Health or Digital Health, consumer research, creative testing frameworks, and familiarity with artificial intelligence tools or workflows applied to advertising and creative production.
