This role requires both strong execution skills and the ability to think strategically about how channels work together.

Responsibilities Marketing Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate work with external vendors, freelancers, and partners
  • Manage campaign launches, updates, and executional follow‑through
  • Support day‑to‑day marketing operations and project management across initiatives
Lifecycle Marketing (LCM)
  • Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS, supporting key stages of the customer journey from onboarding through engagement and retention
  • Build, manage, and update core lifecycle flows
  • Partner with leadership to align lifecycle initiatives with business priorities
Paid Media – Creative Production
  • Plan and manage creative production for paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Develop creative briefs, messaging direction, and testing approaches
  • Coordinate asset creation, feedback, and iteration with designers and external partners
  • Ensure paid creative and messaging are aligned with landing page, onboarding, and lifecycle experiences
Website & Landing Page Projects
  • Coordinate and manage website updates and landing page projects
  • Work with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Ensure landing pages align with campaign goals, messaging, and conversion objectives
  • Support ongoing optimization and testing efforts to improve performance
Educational Content Production
  • Plan, produce, and distribute educational content across marketing channels
  • Ensure educational content supports conversion, onboarding, and retention goals
Social Media Management
  • Own social media planning and execution across priority platforms
  • Develop content calendars and oversee posting and engagement
  • Ensure social content aligns with brand, education, and growth objectives
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of hands‑on marketing experience in early‑stage or fast‑moving environments, with direct ownership of campaign execution
  • Experience managing one or more of the following areas: content production, social media, paid social, lifecycle marketing (LCM), conversion rate optimization (CRO), or related marketing functions
  • Exposure to performance marketing creative testing and iteration
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and run campaigns end to end across multiple channels without heavy oversight
  • Practical experience coordinating creative, content, lifecycle, and/or web projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable using performance results to prioritize work and make improvements
  • Proven ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and deliver consistently in ambiguous environments
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with leadership and external partners
Nice to Have
  • Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer brands
  • Familiarity with email/SMS platforms and social scheduling tools
