Kendamil is on the lookout for a talented Social Media Coordinator & Content Specialist to boost our online presence and drive engagement across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, and You Tube.
This is a remote role perfect for a proactive, creative professional who can take ideas from concept to execution. You’ll be a key player in shaping our social media strategy by producing original video content, writing captivating copy, and staying ahead of social trends.
You're a digital storyteller with a deep passion for social media and content creation. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a sharp eye for viral trends, strong writing chops, and the ability to craft thumb-stopping content that resonates.
With solid video editing skills and a creative, strategic mindset, you know how to bring a brand to life on screen — and you're excited to experiment, innovate, and help drive growth through compelling digital storytelling.
Responsibilities- Support the planning and management of our monthly social media calendar
- Publish and schedule content manually or via scheduling tools
- Edit short-form video content using tools like Cap Cut, Tik Tok, or Instagram Reels
- Write engaging, brand-aligned social captions that spark interaction
- Repurpose and adapt existing content for various platforms and formats
- Conceptualize fresh content ideas aligned with brand tone and strategic goals
- Stay on top of platform trends, viral content styles, and evolving formats
- Test and iterate creative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Help develop educational, value-driven content to position Kendamil as a go-to parenting brand
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation, ideally in a D2C, parenting, or nutrition-related brand
- A portfolio of short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, UGC-style) showcasing your editing and creative capabilities
- Proficiency with mobile video editing tools (Cap Cut, Tik Tok/Instagram editors, or similar)
- A deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft engaging, concise captions
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- A self-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
