For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements.
The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities- Foster alignment between sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams for effective messaging
- Support launches of new capabilities and manage cross‑functional execution
- Partner with Product Team to create engaging sales and marketing collateral
- Gain deep understanding of buyers to refine target markets and personas
- Develop a 'voice of the customer' playbook to enhance messaging and education
- Contribute to public speaking engagements to promote products across markets
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to create resources that advance deals
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B environments, preferably SaaS or healthcare
- Proven success in launching multiple products that met or exceeded targets
- Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a lean team
- Strong ability to create compelling messaging and content focused on customer value
- Demonstrated success in cross‑functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with competitive analysis and product positioning
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
