About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Organic Marketing & Brand to lead our organic marketing and social media initiatives. The role requires someone who can build and drive organic marketing strategies, social media strategies, and brand‑building initiatives that contribute to lead generation, revenue growth, and long‑term brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities Organic Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute the company's organic marketing strategy to drive qualified leads and revenue.
  • Build strategies for SEO, content, website optimization, and other organic channels that contribute to lead generation.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve organic traffic, conversions, and revenue contribution.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of all organic channels through data‑driven decision‑making.
Social Media Strategy
  • Develop and execute the company's organic social media strategy across relevant platforms.
  • Build initiatives to increase audience engagement, community growth, and brand affinity.
  • Create content frameworks and campaigns that support both brand visibility and organic lead generation.
  • Explore innovative and creative approaches to improve organic reach and business impact.
Website & Organic Channels Management
  • Own the website's organic performance, including SEO, content, user experience, and conversion optimization.
  • Ensure the website and related organic channels consistently contribute to lead generation and revenue objectives.
  • Work closely with content, design, and technology teams to implement initiatives that improve organic performance.
Brand Marketing
  • Drive brand visibility and strengthen the company's market positioning.
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Build initiatives that improve brand awareness, credibility, and thought leadership in the EdTech industry.
  • Ensure all organic and social media activities align with the overall brand vision.
Leadership & Execution
  • Translate strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely execution through cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Work closely with Content, SEO, Design, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards to track performance and business impact.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 8–10 years of experience in Organic Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Brand Marketing.
  • Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
  • Proven experience in building and executing organic marketing and social media strategies that drive leads and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, content strategy, and organic acquisition channels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines and improving brand visibility.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to combine creativity with execution and business outcomes.
