Paid Search Specialist to Fulltime

Job Description Responsibilities

• Getting strong results for clients using paid search & landing pages
• Knowledge of all major ad platforms for search and social
• Building close relationships with clients through frequent communication and clear reporting. Optimize and communicate directly with clients about their primary KPI’s
• Solving campaign problems before they become client problems
• Manage bidding, structure, creative, strategy, and overall PPC/Ad performance
• Provide recommendations and next steps based on insights you derive from optimization efforts
• Integrate with other service areas to find ways to further improve client performance
• Social media and writing experience a bonus
• Assist with client reporting
• This role may require periodic travel (unlikely more than 10-20%)

• 1+ years experience in professional paid search
• Google Certifications (preferred)
• Ability to create PPC reports, WMT & GA reports
• Some SEO experience (or have a strong working knowledge)
• Must be a strong communicator & strong writing/copyrighting abilities
• Graphic design experience or knowledge of tools is a HUGE PLUS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Austin locals strongly preferred. Remote will be considered but must be living in the United States

• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and a design aesthetic
• The ability to pay close attention to detail, organize and schedule work effectively
• Strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
