$180,000 - $220,000 per year | Austin, TX | On-Site | Permanent

Growing Mission Critical Construction Company seeking experienced VP of Marketing to join their team! This is a fully-in office position in Austin!

• 10+ years in B2B marketing, 3+ in senior leadership
• Track record building marketing at high-growth companies (PE-backed or Series B–D)
• Deep fluency in ABM, enterprise pipeline, and demand gen tied to revenue
• Strong communicator and writer, distills complex value props into compelling narrative
• Strong expertise in Salesforce
• Builder mindset comfortable owning a function with no large team to inherit
• Must be open to working fully in-office in Austin!

• Experience in data center, construction, or infrastructure services
• Familiarity with the mission-critical or data center ecosystem
• Military background or experience with veteran organization
• Prior experience in both employer and client-side marketing
• International marketing experience (EMEA a plus)
