We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager who can generate high‑quality leads, scale customer acquisition, optimize marketing funnels, and drive growth across both our mobile app and education businesses.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands‑on performance marketer who can independently plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate has proven experience generating qualified leads for webinars, consultations, coaching programs, educational products, mobile apps, or high‑ticket services.

This role requires strong expertise in audience targeting, campaign optimization, creative testing, funnel performance analysis, and scaling profitable campaigns.

The primary objective of this role is to generate high‑quality leads at sustainable acquisition costs while continuously improving webinar registrations, attendance rates, app installs, consultations booked, and course enrollments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Paid Advertising & Customer Acquisition
  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, You Tube, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct audience research and targeting to identify high‑converting customer segments.
  • Generate qualified leads for webinars, consultations, workshops, and course enrollments.
  • Drive app installs and user acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently and maximize return on ad spend.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and optimization.
Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization
  • Manage and optimize the complete marketing funnel from ad click to enrollment.
  • Improve landing page conversion rates and lead form performance.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, offers, messaging, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Develop and manage retargeting campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
Growth & Analytics
  • Track and report key marketing metrics and growth KPIs.
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems for campaign performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Support marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives.
Collaboration
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, and sales teams.
  • Provide creative direction and campaign insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate on webinar launches, product launches, and special campaigns.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 4–8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation.
  • Proven experience generating leads and revenue through paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
