Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system. Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third‑party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365 — all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4 B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America’s best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from addresses.
About the roleRippling IT is the IT infrastructure that powers the AI era: one platform that unifies identity, devices, and compliance on a single data graph, so policy is set once and enforced everywhere — for every employee and every agent. It is one of Rippling’s most strategic and fastest‑growing businesses, with an ambitious set of launches planned for the coming months.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take our ambitious roadmap to market. This is an individual contributor seat for someone who wants to be at the center of a high‑velocity launch cadence, working closely with the IT GM, head of IT Marketing, and sales and product leaders as we ship category‑defining products.
What you will do- Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the full IT product surface, sharpening the story against the buyer, the competitor, and the changes in the AI era.
- Run launches end‑to‑end, from beta through general availability and scaling motion: launch plans, assets, enablement, and the post‑launch feedback loop back into product and strategy.
- Build sales enablement that moves deals—decks, battle cards, demo narratives, objection handling, and training that gets the field fluent fast.
- Partner with growth, content, field, and events to ensure the message lands in‑market and stays consistent across every touch.
- Write a lot: launch posts, customer stories, briefs, internal narratives, and sharp content that compounds.
- Lead by example as an AI‑native marketer, using agents in your workflow—research, drafting, competitive analysis, asset production—and bring those skills to the team.
- Experience working with technical products—PM, TPM, Sales Engineer, or similar—and a record of living and breathing a product.
- Strong strategic instincts in segmentation, competitive analysis, message hierarchy, and launch thesis; you should be opinionated and proactive, not just executing a plan.
- Comfort talking about technical products such as IT, infrastructure, identity, compliance, and security, and speaking the language of IT admins, CIOs, or CISOs.
- Outstanding writing and deck‑building skills; you can turn a fuzzy product idea into a sharp narrative without many revisions.
- A bias to ship—own the work end‑to‑end and set the pace and urgency for launches.
- A working point of view on AI in marketing—what you use daily, where it works, where it doesn’t.
