The RoleWe're expanding and hiring a Performance Creative Lead - who can do both sides of the work: figure out why people buy in high-trust categories, and produce the static, motion, and video ads that prove it.
You’ll own creative end-to-end — mining customer interviews and reviews for the real conversion drivers, building personas that hold up under media spend, and producing the assets to test those insights across Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and You Tube.
This is a role for a strategist who can produce, or a producer who can think strategically — not someone who only does one.
What You’ll Do- Lead creative strategy client accounts in consumer health, women's health, and family brands
- Design and produce static, motion, and video ad creative for Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and You Tube
- Build customer personas from interviews, reviews, and qualitative research — and translate them into testable creative concepts
- Research competitor creative and category benchmarks; turn insights into hypotheses
- Partner with media buyers and account leads on testing roadmaps; iterate based on performance data
- Navigate creative review for regulated categories (claims, compliance, sensitivity)
- Build and maintain a visual library of high-performing formats across the client portfolio
- Integrate AI tools into your workflow to move faster without losing craft
- 3+ years in performance creative
, ideally agency-side - Health, wellness, or regulated category experience — you know how to make compliant claims feel like real creative
- Strong portfolio of paid social creative with measurable performance outcomes (not just pretty work)
- Hands-on producer across static design, motion, and video editing
- Persona-driven
