Manychat powers over a billion conversations a year. We need someone who cares deeply about every word in them.

• Write show‑stopping event, campaign, and ad copy that makes people feel something (and then click).
• Build campaigns that spark conversation, screenshots, and Slack DMs that say “did you see this?”
• Take creative swings that blur the line between art and strategy. Stay on brief.
• Channel the audience (creators on Social who mean business!) and our brand voice at the same time. Write like us, but for them.
• Write for the big leagues:
  Millions in ad spend, Webby‑winning content, brand activations at the world’s biggest events.
• Own campaigns that were culturally resonant and moved the needle.

• Several years of experience doing all of this—ideally 6 to 9 years.
• Experience at an agency, brand, or tech company, with at least two of these areas.
• A portfolio that shows range and intention.
• The ability to rewrite a sentence at 11 pm because it wasn’t quite right, and nobody asked you to.
• Ability to ask sharp questions before you pick up a pen.
• Comfort taking and giving feedback without turning red, and the confidence to defend an opinion.
• Willingness to bring yourself to an Austin office and (if necessary) relocate.
