The B2B Content Marketing Manager is a full‑time role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area in a hybrid arrangement, combining onsite collaboration with flexible work‑from‑home options. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content that effectively communicates Prelude’s value to animal health and nutrition R&D organizations, including long‑form collateral, thought leadership, case studies, email campaigns, and web content.
The manager will own the content calendar, collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop targeted messaging, and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels. Day‑to‑day work includes conducting interviews with subject matter experts, translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives, and analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategy. The role also involves supporting demand generation campaigns, managing content for events and webinars, and maintaining alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B content marketing, including developing content strategies, managing editorial calendars, and supporting demand generation initiatives.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content for different formats (blogs, white papers, case studies, email, web pages) and audiences.
- Comfort working with technical or scientific subject matter and translating complex concepts into accessible, value‑driven messaging.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to gather insights and create targeted marketing assets.
- Proficiency with common marketing and content tools (e.g., CMS platforms, marketing automation, analytics tools) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on inclusive, professional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
