Marketing Operations ManagerAs Baxter Planning enters its next stage of growth, we are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to strengthen and scale the operational foundation of a modern, data‑driven marketing organization. This is a strategic, yet highly hands‑on individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is energized by bringing structure, process, and operational excellence to growing programs and initiatives.
This role will establish and optimize the systems, workflows, reporting, and campaign operations that improve marketing performance, lead management, funnel visibility, and cross‑functional alignment across the revenue organization. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, funnel visibility, marketing attribution, and overall pipeline contribution.
The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated operator who is equally comfortable developing operational strategy and executing the day‑to‑day work required to scale efficiently. They will optimize marketing automation and CRM systems, improve data quality and reporting accuracy, streamline campaign operations, and implement scalable best practices that support demand generation and revenue growth. They are creative, AI‑forward, and passionate about leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive smarter decision‑making and operational efficiency.
They understand what “good” looks like in a high‑performing B2B SaaS marketing organization and bring the experience, curiosity, and business acumen to help Baxter Planning mature its marketing operations capabilities with speed and precision.
Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring clean data, actionable insights, and highly automated, AI‑powered processes across the funnel. They will help create operational alignment across go‑to‑market teams while improving campaign execution, lead management, reporting accuracy, and marketing performance visibility. This role requires exceptional professionalism, analytical rigor, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Purpose, Scope and Responsibilities:Marketing Systems & Technology
- Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, Trellus, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Folloze, ensuring systems are integrated, and free of redundancy or conflicting data.
- Architect and maintain seamless integrations and data flows across marketing, sales, and revenue systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Build and manage AI‑assisted automation workflows, including data enrichment, contact routing, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies, AI capabilities, and workflow improvements that enhance personalization, targeting, campaign execution, and scalability.
- Collaborate with digital, revenue, and partner marketing teams to build, QA, launch, and optimize multi‑channel, data‑driven campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, ABM programs, and events.
- Take a hands‑on role in end‑to‑end campaign execution, including webinar setup, campaign configuration, asset coordination, list management, and post‑event follow‑up readiness.
