The Role
  • Develop creative strategy across paid social, You Tube, email, landing pages and emerging marketing channels
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to build, test and optimise high‑performing campaigns using data‑driven insights
  • Research consumer behaviour, competitors and market trends to develop innovative messaging and campaign concepts

The Candidate
  • Experience in Creative Strategy, Growth Marketing, Brand Strategy or a similar performance‑focused marketing role
  • Background within a high‑growth D2C, consumer technology, subscription or e‑commerce business, with strong knowledge of paid social creative
  • Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills with the ability to translate customer insights into high‑performing creative campaigns
  • Bonus points if you have a Certificate in Motion Creative Strategy
