This role would suit a Creative Strategist, Growth Marketer or Brand Strategist looking for genuine ownership, career progression and the opportunity to help build a category‑leading consumer brand.
The Role- Develop creative strategy across paid social, You Tube, email, landing pages and emerging marketing channels
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to build, test and optimise high‑performing campaigns using data‑driven insights
- Research consumer behaviour, competitors and market trends to develop innovative messaging and campaign concepts

- Experience in Creative Strategy, Growth Marketing, Brand Strategy or a similar performance‑focused marketing role
- Background within a high‑growth D2C, consumer technology, subscription or e‑commerce business, with strong knowledge of paid social creative
- Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills with the ability to translate customer insights into high‑performing creative campaigns
- Bonus points if you have a Certificate in Motion Creative Strategy
