Schedule: 20–25 hours per week
Compensation: $18–25/hour, based on experience

We’re looking for a creative, social‑media‑savvy Marketing Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team at our Austin headquarters. If you’re the type of person who’s always saving Tik Toks for inspiration, loves editing short‑form video, enjoys graphic design, and gets excited about creating content people actually want to watch, we’d love to meet you. We’re an AI‑forward marketing team.
We embrace tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging AI platforms to work smarter and move faster—but we believe the best creative work still comes from talented people with great ideas. If you’re excited about using AI to enhance your creativity (not replace it), you’ll fit right in. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing or creative career who wants hands‑on experience creating content for a nationally recognized brand.
You’ll Do
- Edit engaging short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook Reels, and You Tube Shorts
- Design graphics for social media, email marketing, digital ads, websites, and print materials
- Create Canva templates and marketing assets for our franchise locations
- Repurpose long‑form content into multiple pieces of social media content
- Create simple motion graphics, animated text, and video overlays
- Capture content at classes, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments when needed
- Help brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns
- Organize and maintain photo, video, and brand asset libraries
- Stay on top of social media trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team
- Ensure all creative work reflects the Diva Dance brand
- 1–3 years of experience creating marketing content (internships, freelance work, or personal projects count!)
- Strong experience editing short‑form social media video
- Strong examples of both video editing and graphic design work
- Proficiency in Canva
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and short‑form video trends
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging creative platforms to brainstorm ideas, improve workflows, write copy, and accelerate content creation
- Able to use AI as a creative assistant—not as a replacement for strong design judgment, storytelling, or original thinking
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work in person from our Austin headquarters
- Photography or videography experience
- Motion graphics or After Effects experience
- Experience creating content for Meta Ads
- Experience with lifestyle, fitness, entertainment, or consumer brands
- A love of dance, fitness, or pop culture
- Flexible part‑time schedule (20–25 hours/week)
- Build an impressive portfolio across video, design, social media, and digital marketing
- Work alongside a creative, energetic team in our Austin headquarters

- At least 2–3 examples of short‑form videos you’ve edited (Reels, Tik Toks, or You Tube Shorts)
- A brief note telling us why you’d be excited to create content for Diva Dance
