Job Title: Senior Brand & Communications Designer, Collectivus
Reporting Line: Director Communications
Location: Remote - US
The Collectivus portfolio of brands includes Dragon Shield, Southern Hobby, Merchant Guild, Sales First, and Sorted. As the group scales, there is a growing need for dedicated design capacity at the corporate level: leadership presentations, board and investor materials, marketing design support, brand templates, and cross-brand collateral.

The designer will work across the entire Collectivus portfolio, primarily supporting leadership and Collectivus shared services teams with high-quality presentations, corporate materials, and reusable brand assets. The role requires strong judgment in translating rough briefs and complex business information into polished visual communication. Marketing collateral, merchandise, and light digital design will also be part of the scope based on priority and business need.

- 5-10 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showing range across presentation design, corporate materials, and at least one of: print, merchandise, or marketing collateral.
