About the RoleWe’re looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our client, a growth e-commerce agency for DTC brands doing $1M‑10M annually. Their approach is simple: most brands leak revenue because their channels work in isolation. Acquisition teams don’t talk to retention. CRO runs independently from creative. Everyone optimizes their silo while the business bleeds money at the handoffs.
They work primarily with beauty & skincare, food & beverage, fashion & apparel, and pet brands. Recent results: 4.47x ROAS, $30→$14 CAC, 30‑40% of revenue from retention systems, 1.77%→4.18% conversion rates.
You’ll be running Paid Acquisition.
Responsibilities- Client Acquisition Systems: Audit, rebuild, and scale acquisition funnels for 5‑10 DTC clients across beauty, fashion, food, and pet verticals. Implement quick wins from our Learning Hub in week one, then systematically optimize toward 2‑3x revenue growth per account.
- Full‑Funnel Campaign Management: Structure and execute campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, and Google. Manage audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, budget allocation, and platform‑specific optimization—always with an eye on the complete customer journey, not individual channel metrics.
- Creative
Collaboration:
Work directly with our Creative team to develop winning angles, iterate on hooks, and test formats. Provide strategic direction and performance feedback so creative is scalable and high‑impact. - Cross‑Channel Integration: Coordinate with CRO to optimize landing pages, with Retention to understand LTV and payback periods, and with Creative to align message‑market fit. Attend bi‑weekly client calls and weekly team syncs to ensure every channel amplifies the others.
- Affiliate & Partnership Exploration: Pilot and manage affiliate programs where they make strategic sense. Structure commission models, activate creator partnerships, and build non‑paid acquisition channels that complement paid strategies.
- Learning Hub Documentation: Document every experiment with a hypothesis → setup → results → learning structure. Build institutional knowledge that prevents repeated mistakes and scales proven patterns across clients.
- Strategic Planning: Own quarterly acquisition roadmaps for your client portfolio. Decide when to scale, test, kill, or pivot. Earn trust from clients and the team to solve their hardest acquisition problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years hands‑on experience scaling DTC brands on Meta, Tik Tok, and Google
- Proven track record taking brands from sub‑$50K/month to $200K+ profitably
- Deep understanding of creative strategy (not just “running ads”)
- Experience with or strong interest in affiliate/partnership channels
- Obsessive about documentation, testing, and systematic learning
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch
- Comfortable working with Notion
- Ability to work in US time zone (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day)
