• Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events
• Support the Brand teams to execute program segments
• Assist with post-event reporting, display coordination, and on-site event management
• Track project progress to ensure timelines are followed and updated accordingly
• Prepping for events
• Setting up the booth
• Compiling unanswered questions or issues from events in a clear and concise format
• Supporting and organizing with external vendors
• Tracking event sales and interactions
• Writing engaging marketing plans for our clients, analyzing seasonality, search trends, client expectations, and possible opportunities
• Researching the brand to become familiar with the identity
• Creating content
• Updating social media accounts with new images when needed
• Monitoring social media metrics
• Researching target markets to adapt content accordingly
