As a Content Management Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our online and digital tax content. You'll be responsible for basic tasks such as researching tax rates with local taxing authorities throughout the US, coordinating with team members, and assisting in content strategy development. This entry‑level position is perfect for those who are passionate about research and eager to learn and grow within the field.

Skills- Proofreading:
Keen eye for detail to ensure tax rate content is error‑free. - Content Management System (CMS):
Basic knowledge of CMS tools for content uploading and management. - Collaboration:
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members. - Time Management:
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. - Basic Analytics:
Capability to perform simple content performance analysis. - Adaptability:

- Coordinate with research team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in implementing research strategies.
- Upload and manage digital content in the content management system (CMS).
- Conduct basic keyword research.
- Monitor website content for accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the creation of content schedules.
- Perform basic analytics on content performance.
- Support team members in various content‑related projects.
