To support the execution of marketing programs, the full-time remote Marketing Coordinator will manage tradeshow logistics, vendor relationships, and marketing content while ensuring seamless operational support across various initiatives.
Key responsibilities- Lead planning and execution for regional and national conferences, including logistics and internal coordination
- Manage relationships with external vendors and track budget inputs for marketing programs and events
- Support marketing team initiatives, including lead generation and content updates, while identifying process improvements
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience with InDesign or similar software is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and healthcare industry trends is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
