The Role
This position supports a Talent Manager in a fast-paced environment. It’s ideal for someone who is obsessively organized, manages time efficiently, and thrives on multitasking. In this role, you’ll build relationships with top influencer talent, helping them grow their platforms, audiences, and brand partnerships.
Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Oversee partnerships from post-contract through campaign completion, including scheduling calls/shoot dates, coordinating content calendars, managing shipments, and arranging preview and live dates.
- Materials & Presentations: Update decks, presentations, and case studies.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings and brainstorming sessions; take organized notes and manage follow-ups.
- Contract Management: Track and organize contracts.
- Social Calendar Maintenance: Maintain social calendars for talent and the firm.
- Event & Set Visits: Attend events and set visits with talent as needed.
- Internal Communications: Assist in developing monthly newsletters highlighting key firm updates.
- Strategy Support: Collaborate with talent to enhance engagement and performance by staying informed about current trends and platform updates.
- Talent Sourcing: Create casting documents featuring potential talent that aligns with client brand objectives.
- Campaign Reporting: Oversee and approve measurable recaps and reports to demonstrate campaign performance to clients.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Talent Managers, including calendar coordination and managing call sheets and notes.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel for Talent Managers and/or their talent as needed.
- Experience: 1 years of influencer marketing experience is preferred.
- Self-Starter: Be a resourceful, self-motivated professional with a proven ability to take initiative and manage projects effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of influencers and the social media landscape.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on diverse assignments and projects.
