Influencer Marketing Associate

Kaleidos is a makeup brand for the bold, the creative, and the futuristic. We specialize in high-performance products with a unique sci-fi aesthetic. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate based in our Austin, TX office to help us expand our community and tell our story through the voices of world-class creators.

As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will be the bridge between our brand and the creator community. You will identify emerging talent, manage campaign execution, and nurture long-term relationships with influencers across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.

• Sourcing & Vetting: Discover and evaluate potential influencer partners who align with Kaleidos’ artistic aesthetic and brand values.
• Outreach & Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end communication process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding.
• Campaign Management: Coordinate product seeding, track content deadlines, and ensure creators have the necessary information to produce high-quality content.
• Relationship Building: Maintain and grow a high-touch network of beauty influencers, makeup artists, and content creators.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (EMV, reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize future strategies.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of beauty trends and social media algorithm changes to keep Kaleidos at the forefront of the conversation.

• Strong Communicator: You can write compelling outreach emails and build rapport quickly over digital platforms and in person.
• Data-Informed: You understand that influencer marketing is both an art and a science; you’re comfortable looking at spreadsheets and ROI.
• Austin-Based: You are excited to work on-site with our creative team in Austin, TX.
• Organized: You can handle dozens of conversations and shipments simultaneously without breaking a sweat.

• Deep Beauty Knowledge: You are a makeup enthusiast who stays ahead of trends. You know the difference between a  cut crease  and a  halo eye , and you’re familiar with Kaleidos’ unique aesthetic.
• Social Media Native: You spend hours on Tik Tok and Instagram. You understand what makes a video go viral, how the algorithm works, and who the key voices are in the beauty community.
• Fresh Graduates Welcome: No years of experience? No problem. If you have a portfolio, a personal beauty blog, or even a highly curated social media presence that demonstrates your taste and communication skills, we want to see it.
