Paid Social Manager

Summary

Ignite Visibility is looking for a highly skilled full-time Paid Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing and fully remote digital marketing agency, based in San Diego. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with demonstrated paid social ad management excellence to apply and grow their skills on large-budget paid social media campaigns while working with a talented team, advanced processes, and interesting clients.

The Paid Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading medium, enterprise, franchise, and multi-location client media strategy, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients. The Paid Social Media Manager will also be expected to directly manage high-value client initiatives and provide strategic guidance for a team of Paid Media professionals.

• Lead paid social (Facebook) advertising strategy and execution for six to eight clients
• Develop and support end-to-end paid social strategy to align with brand and original content goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce)
• Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics
• Coordinate with Creative, PPC, analytics, SEO, social and web development teams
• Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
• Provide clear creative direction to designers
• Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the acquisition team and other strategic partners

• 3+ years of paid media work experience with an emphasis in paid social
• Hands-on experience in managing monthly client campaign budgets from $20k+
• Proven success with both lead gen and eCommerce accounts
• Excel / Google Sheets competency including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Data Studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
• Strong presentation skills, creative, customer-focused, and action-oriented
• Critical thinker, relentless learner, with a winning can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail

• Experience managing paid social campaigns for franchise and/or multi-location businesses (strong plus)
