Pay Rate: $12.00 - $14.50 hourly (based on OnRamps student employee status)
Responsibilities- Coordinate and produce content in adherence with OnRamps brand guidelines and content accessibility guidelines.
- Monitor audience engagement and trending topics to identify high‑performing content, and conduct data analysis and reporting.
- Research, compile data in spreadsheets or databases, and produce reports.
- Support the team with content coordination, logistics, tracking reviews, file management and archiving, and day‑to‑day operations for current marketing initiatives and special projects.
- Collaborate across teams to create compelling assets that adhere to OnRamps brand guidelines and communicate the mission to a range of audiences, including students, teachers and administrators.
- Perform administrative/project management tasks.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or a similar related field.
- Strong or developing knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar applications.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with moderate independence.
- Ability to collaborate within a group environment.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- Prior work experience and/or extracurricular activities with a focus on marketing or communications.
- Volunteer leadership experience in extracurricular activities.
- Experience writing, editing, or producing content.
- General knowledge of education on a national or state level.
