• Own the Sprinklr AI & Platform Narrative: develop a unified AI messaging architecture that cuts across Marketing, Voice of Customer (VoC), and Service product suites.
• Define how Sprinklr's AI capabilities are positioned as platform‑wide differentiators and create a cohesive “AI‑first platform” story for technical and business buyers.
• Ensure AI messaging is consistent across all Sprinklr touchpoints – website, sales decks, thought leadership, analyst briefings, and customer communications.
• Continuously evolve AI positioning as the market shifts, tracking developments in agentic AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing leads for Service, Marketing, and VoC to integrate AI messaging into each suite’s positioning and GTM strategy.
• Identify cross‑suite value opportunities and build use cases that demonstrate the power of Sprinklr's unified AI platform.
• Contribute to programmatic sales plays that involve AI as a differentiator across multiple suites.
• Support GTM strategy for AI‑specific launches, developing launch narratives, positioning frameworks, and competitive differentiation.
• Build Sprinklr’s authoritative voice on enterprise AI through high‑impact content (POVs, whitepapers, blogs, webinar briefs). Track and analyze the competitive AI landscape.
• Develop and maintain AI‑focused collateral (battle cards, positioning docs, demo scripts, use case documentation, ROI frameworks) and AI enablement content for different audiences.
• Own AI‑specific website messaging strategy and build demo libraries showcasing AI Agents and Copilots in action.

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or a related role with a strong focus on AI, ML, or AI‑native SaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding of modern AI architectures and ability to translate them into market‑facing narratives.
• Experience marketing enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CX, marketing technology, or AI‑powered platforms.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to align on shared narratives without formal authority.
• Exceptional storytelling skills – ability to make complex AI concepts accessible and compelling for both technical and business audiences.
• Analytical and data‑driven, using market research, competitive intelligence, and win‑loss data to inform positioning decisions.
• Proficiency in agentic frameworks and the ability to apply them to automate work and improve team‑wide efficiency.

• Competitive base salary range: $121000 – $201000 (dependent on experience and location).
• Participation in discretionary bonus, commission, and/or equity plans, if applicable.
