Bazaarvoice is seeking a Global Lead, Client Advocacy to build, nurture, and activate the voices of clients, partners, and industry influencers. This high-visibility role is pivotal in transforming clients into vocal brand advocates, generating authentic social proof, and fostering a strong sense of community among our user base.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will strategize, execute, and measure initiatives that amplify client stories, gather actionable insights, and power compelling marketing assets to drive broader sales and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of current industry trends and a client-centric mindset to build lasting strategic relationships and network effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy:
  Manage and scale a high-impact global advocacy program using top-tier platforms (e.g., Gainsight, G2, Gartner Peer Insights)
• Advocate Activation:
  Recruit and onboard key clients for high-value advocacy initiatives, including the Client Advisory Board, case studies, and live events
• Client Voice & Insights:
  Capture structured feedback and community trends to help inform Product, Sales, and Client Success strategies
• ROI & Impact:
  Track, analyze, and report advocacy metrics and their direct impact on brand reputation, deal velocity, and revenue generation in partnership with Marketing Ops

• Community Growth:
  Build and execute a B2B community strategy across optimal channels (forums, portals, virtual events) to drive engagement and retention
• Storytelling Engine:
  Partner with Content Marketing to extract client stories and produce video interviews, testimonials, and thought leadership pieces
• Events & Facilitation:
  Host virtual meetups, AMAs, and user groups to encourage peer-to-peer connection and active platform participation

• Sales Enablement:
  Connect Sales teams with referenceable clients and equip them with real-world social proof assets to generate pipeline and close deals faster
• Client Success & Campaign Integration:
  Partner with CS to proactively identify champions and weave client advocacy directly into major marketing launches
• Insights, Analytics & Measurement:
  Identify high-performing clients, and translate performance data into compelling success stories

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  7+ years in B2B SaaS community management, customer marketing, or advocacy programs
• Platform Expertise:
  Hands-on experience with advocacy/community tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce Experience Cloud) and CRM/Marketing suites (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo)
• Track Record:
  Proven track record working directly with C-level executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Bonus:
  Experience in the brand, retail, or e-commerce tech space

  Expertise in connecting industry trends to brand relevance and product/solutions, including forward-looking understanding of how authentic reviews and other UGC fuels modern AI discovery

  Experience integrating AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and program management

$148,000 - $157,000 a year At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation. Since we believe the transparency and integrity builds trust, we want to share that we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range listed above and is based on Bazaarvoice's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
