Shape how great products reach the people who need them.As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the voice of the customer and the engine behind how our products go to market. You'll uncover what owner-operators and fleets truly need, shape the positioning and messaging that brings our products to life, and lead launches from strategy through execution. Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and Data Science, you'll turn customer insights into compelling stories, successful launches, and measurable business impact, all while helping define what Product Marketing looks like as we continue to scale.

This role can be based in Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA and involves a hybrid work approach, balancing in-office collaboration with the ability to work remotely.

- Own launches end to end. Run go-to-market for products and features across the portfolio—launch planning, cross-functional timelines, GTM readiness, internal communications, release documentation, and retrospectives. You are the operational quarterback who keeps launches organized, on schedule, and well executed.
- Run the customer research program. Lead customer interviews, surveys, win/loss and churn conversations, and voice-of-customer synthesis. Turn raw feedback into clear, decision-ready recommendations for Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
- Own messaging for a product area. Take positioning frameworks developed with the Lead PMM and translate them into value propositions, product narratives, and segment-specific messaging that hold up in front of real customers.
- Bring product marketing to life across every channel. Work with Marketing and Design to execute customer-facing messaging across the website, product pages, lifecycle campaigns, launch communications, Help Center, sales collateral, and customer emails, so positioning shows up consistently throughout the customer experience.
- Keep a pulse on the competition. Maintain competitive monitoring and battle cards, track how the fuel, payments, and fleet-management landscape shifts, and surface what it means for our GTM.
- Measure and improve adoption. Define what launch success looks like, partner with Data Science to instrument it, and drive the post-launch work–education, lifecycle messaging, in-product touchpoints–that turns a release into real usage.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Management, or a closely related function at a high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional product launches from planning through post-launch adoption.
- Hands‑on customer research experience: you've run interviews, win/loss analyses, or VoC programs with minimal support and turned the findings into recommendations that changed a decision.
- Experience translating positioning into website copy, marketing campaigns, enablement materials, and in-product content.
- Strong writing and copywriting ability; you can make a complex product feel simple to a busy owner-operator.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the judgment to know what to elevate and what to just handle.
