About the RoleWe're looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand and product launches to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping projects organized, and enjoys working across multiple teams to ensure every marketing initiative is executed seamlessly.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll partner closely with the Brand Manager to execute go-to-market plans, coordinate cross-functional projects, and keep launches on track from concept to completion. You'll be the operational backbone of the marketing team by managing timelines, organizing assets, following up on deliverables, and ensuring every detail is accounted for.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both project management and marketing execution and wants to grow into a Brand Manager or Product Marketing role over time.
What You'll Do Marketing Project Management- Own and maintain marketing project timelines across new product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
- Coordinate deliverables across Creative, Social, Ecommerce, Amazon, Retail, Email, Influencer Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Schedule and facilitate weekly launch meetings, capture action items, and proactively follow up to ensure projects stay on track.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or dependencies early and communicate them to the Brand Manager.
- Maintain marketing calendars, launch checklists, and project management software
- Support the execution of new product launches from planning through post-launch.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets across all sales channels.
- Ensure all launch materials including product pages, Amazon assets, email creative, social content, packaging photography, and educational resources are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify that messaging, imagery, pricing, links, and product information are accurate prior to launch.
- Serve as a central point of communication between Marketing and cross-functional partners.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with key teams to track progress on marketing initiatives and identify roadblocks.
- Maintain organized libraries of approved marketing assets, photography, videos, packaging files, and brand resources.
- Coordinate product sample requests for influencers, content creators, photography, events, and internal teams.
- Track marketing deliverables and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest approved assets.
- Assist with promotional calendars and campaign logistics across DTC, Amazon, retail, email, and social channels.
- Prepare weekly marketing performance dashboards by gathering data across key channels.
- Monitor campaign execution and summarize performance metrics for the Brand Manager.
- Collect and organize customer feedback from reviews, customer service, surveys, social media comments, and influencer content.
- Identify recurring customer questions and emerging themes that can improve future marketing materials.
- Coordinate vendor communications, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping logistics related to marketing initiatives.
- Schedule meetings, document action items, and manage follow-up communication across teams.
- Support event logistics, photoshoots, product shipments, and campaign execution as needed.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep complex projects moving forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and following up on deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, , Click Up, or similar.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience in CPG, ecommerce, consumer products, or startups is a plus.
- Position is based at our HQ location in Austin, TX and will require a minimum of 3 days onsite weekly.
