Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Austin team and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.

This is a full-time, entry-level marketing opportunity designed for someone who wants practical experience and the chance to learn by actually getting involved.

You won’t be limited to one small part of marketing. You’ll work alongside the team on campaigns from preparation through execution, gaining exposure to campaign coordination, brand marketing, customer engagement, events, market research, and performance tracking, all common areas of responsibility in current Austin marketing‑assistant roles.

Your week will change depending on what campaigns are running.

You might help prepare materials for an upcoming promotion, research a target audience, coordinate campaign schedules, support a marketing event, gather customer feedback, or organize results after a campaign has finished.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Coordinating promotional materials and campaign resources
• Assisting with events, promotions, and brand activations
• Conducting basic market and competitor research
• Supporting customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
• Keeping campaign schedules, information, and documentation organized
• Gathering feedback and marketing insights
• Tracking campaign activity and assisting with reports
• Collaborating with marketing and other internal teams on new initiatives

You don’t need years of marketing experience.

You might be a recent graduate, making a career change, or bringing transferable skills from events, retail, hospitality, customer service, communications, or sales
.

What matters is that you’re curious, organized, comfortable working with people, and ready to learn.

Strong candidates will bring good communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage changing priorities, and enough initiative to contribute ideas rather than waiting to be told every next step.

You’ll receive training and ongoing support while developing practical experience across marketing campaigns, brand activations, event marketing, market research, customer engagement, and campaign reporting
