You’ll help turn big ideas into digital campaigns that get people talking, clicking and converting, working across the brand to bring LSKD to life online. It’s a fast-moving role with plenty of room to experiment, make an impact and help shape what’s next. Based in Austin, Texas, you’ll be joining us at an exciting time as LSKD continues to grow rapidly across the US.

• Collaborate with Creative Direction to understand the LSKD’s product vision and community needs.
• Act as an ambassador for LSKD, behaving in line with our mission and values.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Collaborate within the team to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, messaging, and creative assets.
• Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience to drive traffic and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and You Tube. Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, design email templates, write compelling copy, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, and other digital advertising networks. Monitor campaign budgets, optimize targeting and bidding strategies
• Analyze performance metrics to maximize ROAS
• Collaborate with web development and design teams to optimize website content, navigation, and user experience. Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders .

• Experience building and executing digital marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, reporting and CRO
• Confident managing budgets, campaigns and performance
• Creative thinker who loves testing, learning and finding better ways to do things
