About

The Role

We’re looking for a Hub Spot Specialist to own the day-to-day performance of our Hub Spot instance - keeping demand gen campaigns running cleanly, leads moving efficiently through the funnel, and data structured so it actually means something to marketing and sales. We’re a small and lean team, and Hubspot isour CRM and CMS – so it’s a pivotal part of our GTM plan.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. You’ll be in Hub Spot daily, not weekly.

Benefits
  • Monthly salary: 2250 USD
  • Major and minor medical expense insurance.
  • Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo).
  • Mental health support.
  • Up to 3 days of sick leave with full pay.
  • Vacation bonus equivalent to 25% of the corresponding vacation days.
  • Professional Growth & Upskilling Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow and lead management:
Daily monitoring of all active workflows to ensure lead routing, lifecycle stage transitions, and handoff to sales are functioning correctly - catching and resolving breaks before they cost us pipeline
  • Lead scoring:
Build, maintain, and continuously refine contact and company fit and engagement scores to reflect real buyer signals and sales feedback
  • Buyer intent data:
Operationalize Hub Spot's native buyer intent functionality; help marketing and sales act on intent signals and prioritize outreach based on in-platform data
  • CTAs:
Build, manage, and A/B test Hub Spot CTAs across website, blog, and email to drive engagement and conversion; track performance and iterate based on data
  • Email production:
Build and send emails from provided copy, coordinating with our graphic designer as needed to produce on-brand, conversion-ready assets
  • Lead nurturing programs:
Partner with the content marketer and campaigns lead to design and execute integrated nurture programs - including branded landing pages, forms, and email sequences - that educate prospects and move them through the funnel
  • Sales sequences:
Build and maintain Hub Spot sales sequences that support rep outreach at key funnel stages
  • Campaign data architecture:
Ensure campaigns are structured so contact creation, engagement, and pipeline influence can be reported accurately - UTM governance, campaign association logic, and funnel attribution included
  • Data hygiene:
Proactively manage contact and company record quality; partner with Sales Operations to enforce standards and prevent CRM degradation
  • Reporting:
Build and maintain dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes - campaign influence, source attribution, and conversion metrics
  • CMS management:
Own day-to-day updates to our Hub Spot-hosted website including landing pages, blog posts, and page edits; brief and collaborate with our web designer and developer on larger site improvements
Key Requirements
  • C1 English written and verbal communication
  • 5+ years in Hub Spot at a Super Admin or Power User level
  • 3+ years of experience with lead management.
  • Solid grasp of Hub Spot's native buyer intent features and how to activate them for both marketing and sales
  • Strong campaign data structure and attribution logic - you build campaigns clean from the start, not retrofitted
  • Working proficiency in Hub Spot CMS - comfortable making page and content edits independently; able to clearly brief a designer or developer when larger changes are needed
  • Collaborative by nature - you work effectively with content, design, sales, and ops without needing hand holding
  • Experience partnering with Sales Ops on data governance and CRM hygiene standards
  • Comfortable working across tools outside Hub Spot (e.g., , Zapier, Google Analytics, Claude) to close data gaps
  • Analytical and systematic - you don't just flag problems, you fix them and document the fix.
Work Conditions
  • Full-time role 09:00-18:00 CT with one hour lunch break
  • Remote position.
  • Starts as a 3-month contract with the intention to continue.
Why join us?
  • Work directly with a lean team where your execution has a visible impact on the pipeline and growth.
  • Own meaningful marketing operations in a specialized industrial technology context (research + precision matter).
  • Build strong experience across ABM support, marketing ops, events, website management, and cross-channel coordination.

If you are a systems-thinker who loves clean data, efficient workflows, and treating Hub Spot like a true revenue engine, we want to hear from you.
