SEO & Content Growth Specialist

Bright Wave Digital is looking for a creative and results-oriented SEO & Content Growth Specialist to strengthen our online presence and attract new customers through high-quality content and organic search. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing skills with an understanding of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to research topics, develop SEO-focused articles, optimize existing content, and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and engagement. You will also monitor search performance and use analytics to improve content strategies over time.

• Develop and execute SEO-focused content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Research keywords, search trends, competitors, and audience interests.
• Write and edit engaging blog posts, landing pages, guides, and marketing content.
• Optimize website content for search engines while maintaining a natural user experience.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and other key performance indicators.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities for new campaigns.
• Use AI-powered tools responsibly to improve research, ideation, and content workflows.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing specialists on digital campaigns.
• Stay informed about Google search updates, SEO best practices, and emerging content trends.

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and common SEO platforms.
• Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong research, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience using AI writing and productivity tools is a plus.
