Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup, trafficking, and management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, display and video campaigns).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they are pacing appropriately against budgets, flight dates, and key performance metrics.
  • Organize and manage creative assets, ensuring all materials are received, formatted correctly, and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to address asset‑related needs.
  • Manage campaign budget pacing to ensure spend aligns with media plans and objectives.
  • Track and reconcile all media‑related invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Generate detailed campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and meet business goals.
  • Share reporting and insights with internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Manage pixel tracking requests, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign performance.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Partner with media, creative, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign execution aligns with overall goals.
Qualifications
  • 2‑4 years of experience in digital media and advertising campaign management.
  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, including display, video, social, and search.
  • Familiarity with digital measurement and KPIs.
  • Experience with tracking and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe.
  • Experience managing budgets and reconciling media spend invoices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred.
