Compensation: $15 per hour | Part Time | 1099
Duration: 10 to 12 weeks Spring Summer or Fall

About the RoleSwift Fit Events is looking for an Email Marketing Intern to support campaign execution, scheduling, and performance tracking across our email channels. This role is ideal for a student interested in lifecycle marketing, audience engagement, and understanding how email supports brand storytelling and event driven growth.
You will gain hands‑on experience working within a real marketing calendar, supporting live campaigns tied to corporate wellness events, partnerships, and community activations.
What You’ll Do- Support planning and scheduling of email campaigns using Hub Spot
- Assist with building and formatting emails including copy updates and visual placement
- Track and report on campaign performance including open rates clicks and engagement trends
- Help organize email assets and campaign documentation in Google Drive and Hubspot
- Collaborate with the marketing team on audience segmentation and content testing
- Support ongoing optimization efforts based on performance insights
- Contribute to a long term learning project focused on improving engagement across email and website content
- Upperclassman pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in email marketing performance analytics and optimization
- Comfortable working with deadlines and campaign schedules
- Curiosity for how content drives engagement and conversions
