We're hiring an Off-Site Content Manager at Fan Out
We help B2B marketing teams tackle the social/community layer of search, and we’re looking for someone with a content-marketing-first mindset to help us manage demand across Reddit, You Tube, Linked In, and more.
This role will start focused on delivering content and results for clients, but there will be room to move into more company- and product-focused marketing efforts as we grow and evolve into SaaS + Services.
$50,000-$60,000/yr

ROLE OVERVIEWFan Out helps B2B SaaS brands show up in the conversations that shape AI search recommendations. We're hiring an Off-Site Content Manager to help us keep up with growing client demand across Reddit, You Tube, and other off-site platforms in the search ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN- Reddit Content & Engagement (~90%)
- Daily monitoring of target subreddits for client-relevant threads
- Drafting and posting authentic, disclosed brand engagement
- Building per-client engagement playbooks and voice guidelines
- Tracking engagement performance and conversation trends
- Identifying high-signal threads for proactive participation
- You Tube Support (~10%)
- Monitoring brand mentions across relevant You Tube content
- Assisting with comment engagement strategy
- Supporting content calendar development and research
- 2+ years in content marketing, SEO, or content strategy
- Strong writing skills with a natural, conversational tone
- Genuine curiosity about how AI is changing search behavior
- Comfort navigating Reddit and community platforms
- Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple client accounts
- Comfortable working with AI tools and systems as a regular part of your workflow
- Excited about helping brands show up authentically, not just rank
This role starts focused on execution, but Fan Out is a small, fast-growing team. As you build expertise and client trust, there's room to grow into client strategy, own full account relationships, or move into a more product- or marketing-focused role as the company scales.
