Description
The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Director of Corporate Marketing to support marketing efforts for all GFO Home divisions:
Austin and DFW
- Work with Director of Corporate Marketing to brainstorm, coordinate, create and execute community specific and division-level marketing initiatives to increase sales traffic, sales and achieve business plan
- Work closely with all division’s sales teams and management to prioritize business and information needs
- Assist in updating and maintaining website floor plans, IPMs, home inventory, community updates, etc.
- Manage and coordinate incoming marketing requests; marketing collateral, community-specific digital assets, promotional items, etc.
- Load and maintain photos online, primarily GFO website & MLS, audit home photography for needed updates
- Perform ongoing website and MLS audits to ensure content is accurate and up to date
- Input new pricing, price changes, new inventory homes, update home information, statuses, on the website and MLS.
- Work within the CRM system (Lasso) for email marketing campaigns and reporting to management
- Maintain inventory of marketing supplies at corporate and division level
- Assist in the new community opening process (Interest list campaigns, marketing collateral, print material & sales collateral)
- Assist in the execution of consumer/Realtor events
- Create email marketing, social media/website updates, community flyers and marketing materials
- Occasional weekend hours may be required for weekend model grand openings or weekend events
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office including Teams and Excel
- Familiarity with the Google platform for use of Google Forms, Sheets
- Previous experience in MLS data and website data entry preferred
- Familiarity with Canva for creating social media assets and marketing materials is a plus
- Website or database data entry management
- Social Media management – Facebook & Instagram
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking beyond the task at hand
- Ability to work independently and part of a collaborative team
- Ability to manage multiple functions, projects and tasks concurrently, strong multitasking skills
- 2-4 years of marketing experience
- Real Estate or Home builder experience a plus
