• Develop and own a data-driven regional marketing strategy across assigned sales pods
• Execute account-based marketing and demand generation programs, including events, executive briefings, conferences, trade shows, webcasts, telemarketing, sales enablement, and nurture campaigns
• Partner with field sales, channel sales, customer success, and BDR teams on programs, messaging, lead follow-up, and marketing-to-sales handoffs
• Educate sales teams on marketing strategy, campaign themes, and available tactical deliverables
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to scale local tactics and align regional coverage and messaging
• Manage relevant components of the AMS marketing budget and calendar
• Ensure programs are tracked, measured, and managed against SLAs and KPIs
• Analyze performance data and refine strategy across the funnel
• Use segmentation and prioritization with 6sense, Zoom Info, Salesforce, and other data sources
• Improve qualified-lead-to-opportunity conversion through messaging, tools, processes, and best practices
• Lead quarterly marketing performance business reviews within assigned sales pods
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within field or regional marketing in enterprise software or high-tech
- Proven track record in modern marketing practices, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing
- Extensive event management experience spanning hosted events, third-party conferences, executive programs, and virtual/hybrid formats
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and business intelligence platforms
- Deep understanding of sales methodology, pipeline mechanics, and how marketing investments translate to bookings and revenue
- Strong project and program management skills, with experience leading demand generation efforts across distributed, cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships across sales, business development, customer success, and marketing
- Comfortable adopting and experimenting with emerging AI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Ability to travel approximately 30%
